Get Your Spa On.

We encourage clients who are visiting for spa services to utilize the locker rooms and unwind in the sanctuary. Arrive 15 minutes early to your service to allow time to change into a robe and sandals and get settled before your appointment. The sanctuary is a large unisex room with a large couch draped in cozy blankets and pillows all nestled next to a fireplace. The sanctuary also has light snacks, water, tea, and coffee. We also have complimentary beer or wine for our spa guests. We have a ladies and men’s locker room that each features lockers, private restrooms, waterfall showers, and a cedar dry sauna to enjoy before or after your spa services.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a spa service.

Deep tissue targets the deeper layers of muscles by working slowly, layer by layer, to address moderate to severe pain or chronic pain/discomfort. A+C Hot Stone Massage

Perfect for deep relaxation any time of year! Basalt stones are heated to a safe temperature (125-140 degrees Fahrenheit) and used with moderate pressure together with the therapist’s hands. The heat penetrates deep into muscles and joints while maintaining an ultra-relaxing experience.

Cupping Massage

By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping softens tight muscles, loosens adhesions, and lifts connective tissue. This creates space to bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues and help drain excess fluids from the body.

The cups glide across the muscles, creating a deep warmth and tingling sensation. Cupping can be used on almost every area of the body and does not cause bruising or red marks on the skin.

Cup and Stone Massage

Hot stones will glide over the skin, warming up the tissue. Cupping follows to enhance the increased circulation to relieve muscle tension and pain. The heat of the stones warms the tissue aiding in the releasing process. Cupping is used to gently lift the skin, creating more space in the connective tissue just below the skin surface. This allows more oxygen and fluids to pass through for healing.
