Membership Levels
$75 – Onyx Member
- 20% off of listed service price (excludes add-ons)
- 10% off all retail – hair, skin and nails
- Birthday reward – $25 off your service of choice during your birthday month
- Two yearly guest passes to share with friends and family. Guests will receive member rates
(20% off of services booked). The guest pass applies to one service. - “Welcome bag” with spa and hair samples at sign up
- Priority access to special events and product debuts
- Member dollars can be used to purchase gift certificates, retail, merchandise, and gratuity
$100 – Emerald Member
- 20% off of listed service price (excludes add-ons)
- 10% off all retail – hair, skin and nails
- Birthday reward – $50 off your service of choice during your birthday month
- Four yearly guest passes to share with friends and family. Guests will receive member
rates (20% off of services booked). The guest pass applies to one service. - Premium “Welcome bag” with spa and hair samples and A+C merchandise or spa candle at sign up
- Guests of members receive 10% off of services booked. Guests must accompany a member to receive the discount
- Once a year “Retail Restock Day” discount at 30% (limit at 5 items)
- Member dollars can be used to purchase gift certificates, retail, merchandise, and gratuity

- Your membership is charged to the stored card on file on the 1st or 15th of each month.
- Your member dollars are placed in a membership account with us and stored until used.
- Member dollars can be used towards services, retail, merchandise, gift cards, and gratuities.
- Member dollars can also be transferred to another client at the request and approval of the member. The member discount would not be transferable.
- We require a commitment of 90-days, after which you can cancel your membership at any time.
- Should you cancel your membership before the 90-day minimum commitment, any accrued member dollars will be forfeited.
- In an effort to ensure that clients maximize our membership, any Onyx Membership account balance over $225 and any Emerald Membership account balance over $300 at the start of the 2025 calendar year, and every first of the year thereafter, will be forfeited.
- The member discount only applies to active members.
- Membership dollars are non-refundable.
