Previously, it was damaged, uneven, and had horrible split ends from the previous hair dresser I went to (not anyone from Ape + Canary) and Colleen literally revived my hair. She also brought out the waves that my hair naturally has and I’ve never seen it this wavy!! Obsessed with the final product, can’t recommend this place enough.

I visited Rochester with family and visited with my MIL while there. I bought my MIL a massage and decided on a haircut and style for myself. Everyone there was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. I came in with a vague idea and my stylist worked magic on me! I have thin fine hair, so it's hard to pick a style and have it work for me. I felt so beautiful that day, and I can confirm the cut definitely works in the Florida heat, lol. My MIL felt so pampered, she didn't want to leave! I got a tour on my way out and the spa area looks so inviting and warm and cozy! Each floor serves a different purpose, and they have an elevator to take you where you need to go, so it's accessable to everyone. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area! Thank you SO much, again! 💙💙
